Marvellous location, 10 minutes' walk to a medieval stone bridge. Traditional-style building, comfortable rooms with balcony, a view of the garden plus a terrace.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating. the room was nicely remodeled and contemporary, with a marble-lined bathroom. - the hotel has a great and stunning location, so close to the Duomo and shopping area.

We appreciated staying in this hotel! Everything was very good, so were amazing views of the Tuscan hills and the Duomo. The location was great, to most areas of Florence that one would want to go to, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Further, it was not far from Santa Maria Novella Fierenze train station, Florence city centre and most attractions and restaurants. The authentic restaurant served plenty of fantastic food.

The location was central, near attractions like the Uffizi and the Accademia. There was an authentic restaurant nearby. - the breakfast was large and free, offering juices, waffles, and canned fruit which I really enjoyed.

We received a very warm welcom (Annamaria) and Concierge Staff (All) were very friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. Our room was upgraded (thank you), a good baby cot was already present in the room when we reached, and housekeeping managed to get us an even bigger sized one on short notice.

Mainly room amenities: the fridge did not work, curtains did not close properly, there are (dangerous) nails sticking out of the wall (between entrance and room). Also, metal key is a nuisance (should be card swipe)

This place deserves more than 5 stars, it was absolutely perfect. the location was super convenient, right by the Street Levels Gallery. Plus, it was only about 10 km from the airport 🛫.

It is an extremely comfortable and well run establishment. The service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for the very professional staff.drinks and meals are expensive however.if your budget allows, it is probably the best choice in florence. The pool area is a welcome oasis after visiting the numerous tourist locations in the beautiful city of florence

Around the hotel area looks like a very poor district, hotel building looks poor from outside. Location is absolutely not convenient if you are coming for shopping and sightseeing

The breakfast is delicious, the room is beautifully decorated and brand-new with a spacious bathroom, just 10 km from Peretola airport, all for a price of £556.
